I specialize in helping high achieving women of color to holistically heal trauma and pursue their dreams. My clients typically have mastered achievement in one area of their lives such as high paying jobs, prestigious degrees, high value homes, or well respected careers; but struggle to integrate that energy holistically to achieve and maintain abundance, wellness, joy, and love. They typically experience the career without the relationship(s) they desire. Or, they experience the home ownership without the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness to stay healthy and maintain that home. Most of this misalignment is rooted in unresolved spiritual trauma. I help you resolve the trauma holistically so you can achieve and maintain abundance and liberation, and create the life of your dreams.
